I have spent hundreds of dollars on this site and I will not be giving this vendor any of my future business. For months I have been trying to get them to fix their broken system that changes the "ship to" name from the name I enter to the "bill to" name (me). This results in packages being sent all over the world that the USPS refuses to deliver. This has happened several times now, and each time I have had to spend a lot of time and energy working with customer service to get them to re-ship. They finally fixed their broken and glitchy website after a few months. They we making me wait until the failed package is returned to the sender before sending the package to the name and address I originally provided. If this is the kind of experience you are looking for, I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. It's been over a month since I ordered and no package has arrived, the tracking number provided does not work. Don't waste your money with this company.
The item was impounded by Canada Border Services Agency and the contact us web page doesn't work. I hope you contact me to fix this or I'll get a chargeback.
Shipping takes way too long and when you email them they just tell you to wait a few more days.
My package hasn't arrived after a month. The last tracking update is from March 27th and it says that it is being handled by Mumbai Parcels. However, I'm still hopeful that it will arrive and if it does, I will update this review. Payment and communication from the help center have been good so far.
I'd write a review if I actually had them in my hands. The first shipment took 5 weeks before US Customs notified me that they seized the packages. If the reshipment arrives at all (10 weeks late), I'll be happy to leave another review.
